Dr. Crawford-Garrett is also a recipient of Fulbright-Hays Fellowship to South Africa and Botswana while she was an elementary school teacher.
"My Fulbright experience in New Zealand was absolutely life-changing. I met a new set of incredible colleagues and collaborators whom I still work with today and had the opportunity to engage in rigorous cross-cultural research. My children and husband also had a fantastic experience as we immersed ourselves in New Zealand culture and traveled the country extensively. I would highly recommend that every faculty member pursue a Fulbright Core Scholar Grant!"
